The NA7 is a compact wet separator designed for the safe extraction of reactive and flammable dusts, such as aluminum or titanium. The wet separation process traps particles directly in liquid, reducing the risk of explosions. A stainless steel housing, dust class H, and safety monitoring ensure reliable protection. For applications where dry extraction is insufficient.
The NA7 is designed not only for reliable separation, but also for what comes next: controlled draining, cleaning, and reuse. The liquid tank, pump, and internal components are designed to be easily accessible, quickly removable, and safe to handle.
The captured particles remain trapped in the liquid throughout the entire process. Liquid can be drained or pumped out in a controlled manner, and sediments can be removed selectively. An optional cart facilitates transport—especially during frequent cleaning cycles or in confined spaces.
